CALL FOR PAPERS – European Business Review
Special issue on “Business Research in Brazil and Latin America”
Brazil has played a growing role among the world’s emerging economies, both in Latin America and also globally, and has increased its participation in world trade and international flows of investments.
The purpose of this special issue is to bring together, on an international scale, research on the ‘business model’ of Brazil and, if relevant, other ‘business models’ in Latin America. Articles should be oriented to show the perspective of Brazilian and Latin American scholars about issues of business administration and organization theory. Articles that discuss implications for European business are particularly welcome.
Theoretical and empirical studies, including business models, business research methodologies and critical literature reviews are welcome. More specifically, manuscripts may cover the following topics: cross-country studies, competition, culture, entrepreneurship, innovation, internationalization, international business/management, marketing, strategy and supply chain.
The deadline for submission of papers for this special issue is February 15, 2009.
